Uzbekistan’s athletes secured six medals at the Asian Alpine Skiing Championships in Yanqing, China.

The competitions took place on a track previously used for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, where Uzbek skiers competed against athletes from 11 countries, winning 2 gold, 3 silver, and 1 bronze medal. 

The performances of Arman Gayupov, Medet Nazarov, Sabina Rejepova, and Valeria Kovaleva at the continental championships demonstrated that preparations for the 2026 Winter Olympics are actively progressing.
