Shokhsanam Sherzodova and Nilufar Zakirova win silver medals at the World Championships

The Uzbekistan national team has won another medal at the 2026 ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships in Poland.

On the following day of the women’s 200-meter canoe sprint championships, Uzbekistan’s Shokhsanam Sherzodova and Nilufar Zakirova secured second place and won silver medals.

The Uzbekistan national team achieved two World Championship medals. Previously, Uzbekistan’s Artur Guliyev won a silver medal in the men’s 200-meter canoe sprint.
