A meeting was held at the Embassy of Uzbekistan with Syarizan Isa, Managing Director of the Malaysian media company Aquila Emas.

Syarizan Isa announced plans to produce a feature film and a TV series in English about the life of Imam Bukhari and his scholarly and spiritual legacy, with the participation of Malaysian and Uzbekistan filmmakers.

“For the screenplay development, we aim to gather scientifically substantiated materials on Imam Bukhari’s life and works and coordinate them with experts in the field”, he stated.

As part of this project, an agreement was reached to organize a creative trip for Aquila Emas representatives to Uzbekistan in June.
