Tashkent hosts the Uzbekistan Boxing Championship
Olympic Village in Tashkent hosts the Uzbekistan Boxing Championship.
278 athletes, including 198 men and 80 women, will take part in the championship.
According to the championship’s program, held under the slogan “Road to LA28”, qualifying matches will take place on January 15-17, and semifinals and finals on January 21-22.
Final meetings will be held at the Renaissance Hall Complex.
On the third day, female athletes will enter the ring in 51, 54, 60, 65, and 80 kg weight categories. At the same time, male athletes will demonstrate their skills in 60, 70, and 85 kg weight classes.
