Mutual trade turnover with Gomel region reaches $50 million

Laziz Kudratov, the Minister of Investment, Industry, and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, met with Ivan Krupko, the Chairman of the Gomel Regional Executive Committee, during the Republic of Belarus delegation’s visit to Uzbekistan.

The parties expressed their willingness to expand cooperation in industrial engineering, agriculture, and the jewelry industry. They discussed issues related to implementing joint projects across various fields.

A significant increase in mutual trade volume was observed. In 2025, it reached $50 million, and in January, it grew by 1.5 times.

An agreement was reached on developing a joint Action Plan and organizing the delegation of Uzbekistan’s visit to Belarus.
