Excursion to the Islamic Civilization Center

An international scientific and practical conference “Approaches to the Interpretation of Primary Sources of Islam: Problems and Solutions” was organized by the Tashkent Islamic Institute.

During the conference, issues of the correct interpretation of primary Islamic sources and the scientific refutation of extremist ideas were discussed.

Participants in the event, including local and foreign ulema and leading scholars in Islamic studies, visited the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan.

The guests became familiar with the center's architectural features and its rich museum collection.

Special attention was given to the unique exhibit, the Uthman Quran.

In the halls dedicated to the First and Second Renaissances, the conference participants explored the contribution of outstanding Islamic thinkers to the development of world science. The exhibition was presented using modern technologies and installations.
