The Minister of Agriculture of Uzbekistan, Ibrokhim Abdurakhmonov, met with a delegation led by Deputy Director of the National Support Centre for Agriculture (KOWR) Leszek Iwaniuk.

The meeting included a comprehensive discussion on strengthening bilateral cooperation and implementing new projects in the agricultural sector. The sides also explored opportunities for agrarian market analysis, efficient resource management, and the exchange of advanced expertise.

Deputy Minister Alisher Shukurov noted that the student exchange program is being successfully implemented, and expanding cooperation in this area benefits both sides.

The parties exchanged views on livestock breeding, the production of small-scale agricultural machinery, and the participation of entrepreneurs in international exhibitions. Special attention was given to strengthening cooperation in importing and exporting fruit and vegetable products, introducing Polish practices in horticulture, and involving Polish specialists in Uzbekistan.
