Advisor to the Minister of Agriculture Nuriddin Kushnazarov and Poland’s Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Stefan Krajewski held a meeting with the founder of the Korzinka Supermarket Chain, Zafar Khoshimov.

The parties discussed promising areas for expanding bilateral trade and economic cooperation, diversifying the food supply, and introducing new products to the market.

The Polish delegation expressed its readiness to export its products to Uzbekistan on a regular, systematic basis. In particular, preliminary proposals for sugar supplies were presented. Comprehensive plans were also developed for the export of other types of food and processed goods.

Following the meeting, the parties exchanged views on increasing trade turnover, ensuring that consumers in Uzbekistan have access to high-quality Polish products, and strengthening long-term cooperation with the retail sector.
