The Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ibrohim Abdurakhmanov met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Uzbekistan Beibut Atamkulov.

The possibilities of further strengthening cooperation in the agricultural sector and accelerating previously implemented projects were discussed at the meeting.

During the conversation, it was noted that despite the success achieved in developing bilateral relations, there is great potential for expanding practical cooperation. The sides also exchanged views on the implementation of agreements in the agricultural sector, the development of science and technology, and the launching of new projects.

Issues of bringing cooperation in the agricultural sector to a new level, particularly the development of grain production and animal husbandry, as well as the possibility of exchanging experience between specialists in the agricultural sector of the two countries, were discussed at the meeting.

Specific proposals were developed after the meeting, and further steps were identified to expand cooperation in various agriculture sectors.
