Uzbekistan athletes’ victory at the Asian Championships
The Uzbekistan national team members are successfully performing at the 2025 Asian Canoe Slalom Championships in China.
In particular, defending the honor of Uzbekistan in the K-1 category (single kayak), Pavel Eigel finished second and won the silver medal. Liman Huang (China) and Kosuke Saito (Japan) became gold and bronze medalists. Pavel also recorded the third result in extreme slalom and received a bronze medal.
In the K-1 team events, three athletes from Uzbekistan, consisting of Pavel Eigel, Samandar Saydullayev, and Janibek Temirgaliev, took third place on the podium.
Anvar Klevleev, Abubakir Bukanov, and Sherzod Kurbonaliev performed well in the C-1 team events (single canoe) and were awarded a bronze medal.
