The Central Bank of Uzbekistan hosted a meeting with representatives of the Branch of the People's Bank of China in Shanxi Province.

Proposals on expanding economic ties and foreign trade between Uzbekistan and China were discussed at the meeting.

In turn, the Central Bank’s leadership provided detailed information on the results of the reforms implemented in recent years in Uzbekistan’s banking system and the current state of foreign trade with China.

The parties agreed to continue cooperation on the above issues.
