The Minister of Preschool and School Education of Uzbekistan Hilola Umarova met with the Director of the Russian project of hospital schools “TeachKnow” Sergei Sharikov.

The event, held at the Mehrli Maktab (Mercy School) at the Center for Pediatric Hematology, Oncology and Clinical Immunology, was attended by senior officials from Uzbekistan and Russia.

The Minister of Preschool and School Education Hilola Umarova spoke about the attention paid in Uzbekistan to education, reforms carried out by the ministry and plans.

It was emphasized that the agreement, which is being signed within the framework of bilateral cooperation, will contribute to the treatment of schoolchildren in the center, to receive a quality education in comfortable conditions.

Following the meeting, a Cooperation Agreement on creating an educational environment for children on long-term treatment was signed.
