Relations between Uzbekistan and the Republic of Korea have steadily developed into a solid strategic partnership. The long-standing friendship and mutual respect between the two nations form the foundation of today’s dynamic ties.
On the eve of Uzbekistan’s Independence Day, we spoke with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to Uzbekistan, Mr. Won Do Yeon. He emphasized that serving one’s country is an honor and shared his views on Uzbekistan’s comprehensive reforms, its growing international profile, and the promising future of bilateral cooperation.
The Ambassador also emphasized the shared values and human closeness that connect the peoples of Korea and Uzbekistan. He noted that these bonds play a vital role in strengthening cooperation and deepening mutual trust.
