Tashkent region and Anhui province enhance cooperation

Hokim of Tashkent region Zoyir Mirzayev met with a delegation from China’s Anhui province led by Wang Xuejun, Director General of the Anhui Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and Secretary of its Party Leadership Group.

The meeting focused on expanding collaboration in agriculture, discussing joint projects like water conservation, innovative irrigation techniques, the development of smart, eco-friendly greenhouses, and establishing in vitro laboratories and nurseries for climate-resilient, high-yield plant varieties.

The parties agreed to enhance practical cooperation in agriculture, investment, innovation, and education, aiming to renew momentum in existing agreements.
