China hosts the summit of the World Tourism Cities Federation (WTCF).

Representatives of 159 tourist cities from 83 countries of the world are taking part in it. The event is also attended by the Deputy Hokim of Samarkand region for tourism, sports, culture, cultural heritage, and mass communications – the head of the Main Department of Tourism and Sports of Samarkand region, Rustam Qobilov.

According to the Department, Mr. Qobilov presented the tourism potential of Samarkand and the conditions created for tourists.
