
The winners of the Tata Steel Chess 2025, which was held in Wijk aan Zee, Netherlands, have been determined.
The leading contender for victory in the Masters group, Gukesh Dommaraju, lost to Arjun Erigaisi in the 13th round. Vincent Keymer beat Rameshbabu Praggnanandhaa. Uzbekistan’s Nodirbek Abdusattorov drew with Pentala Harikrishna from India.

As a result, Gukesh Dommaraju and Rameshbabu Praggnanandhaa met in a tie-break to determine the winner. The current world champion won the first tie-break game, but Rameshbabu Praggnanandhaa won the next two games.

Thus, Rameshbabu Praggnanandhaa won the tournament, Gukesh Dommaraju took the second, and Nodirbek Abdusattorov took the third place.
