Uzbekistan’s Nilufar Yakubboyeva successfully performed at the Mersin Open 2025 in Türkiye’s Mersin.
The international grandmaster, who competed in Group A of the prestigious tournament, held for the ninth time, scored 5.5 points in nine rounds.
With this result, a member of the Uzbekistan national team finished 23rd overall and 1st among women. In addition, she added 22.2 points to her international ranking.
