Negotiations have been held in Tashkent between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Maka Botchorishvili, who arrived as part of a government delegation.

As Mr. Saidov shared on his Telegram channel, the parties held a productive and open meeting, during which they discussed strengthening bilateral relations and prospects for expanding cooperation across all sectors.

The Uzbek FM noted that Uzbekistan values its partnership with Georgia and remains committed to its further development to benefit both countries. “We look forward to continuing our dialogue and implementing joint initiatives”, he said.
