Exhibition of a British Photographer in Tashkent
The Gallery of Fine Arts of Uzbekistan hosted a photography exhibition by British photographer Stuart Lawson titled “Hyères. Faces of Provence”.
The exhibition was organized with the support of the Embassy of France in Uzbekistan and featured unique photographs of the ancient town of Hyères, located in southern France.
The photographer not only captured the town’s architectural features but also documented its residents’ daily lives.
Additionally, inspired by the Uzbek ensemble “Bahor” performance, Stuart Lawson presented a series of photographs showcasing this legendary group.
