Asman Airlines launches direct flights between Tamchi and Tashkent
Asman Airlines has expanded its international presence by launching direct charter flights between Tamchi and Tashkent. The first plane of the new route landed at Tashkent International Airport.
The launch of the new flight service has become an important event for passengers planning trips to Issyk-Kul. 68 people took the first flight from Tashkent to Tamchi, underscoring strong interest in this destination at the height of the tourist season.
Flights will operate on a weekly charter basis – on Wednesdays. To serve the route, the airline uses modern Dash 8-400 turboprop aircraft, well suited for regional transportation. This season, Asman Airlines has become the second airline to connect Tashkent with Issyk-Kul: Uzbekistan’s Centrum Air also operates similar flights.
By autumn, the air carrier expects to launch direct flights between Tashkent and Osh and to begin flights to Karakol by the winter season. At the same time, work is underway to expand the route network by organizing flights between Bishkek and Tashkent, as well as flights to airports in Fergana Valley.
