The Centrum Air ticket office has started operating in the departure hall of Tashkent International Airport.
The grand opening ceremony was attended by representatives of the airline and the capital’s airport, underscoring the importance of the event for the development of passenger services and airport infrastructure.

The new ticket office is designed as a convenient space where all pre-flight issues can be quickly resolved. Passengers can purchase or exchange air tickets, choose comfortable seats, arrange priority check-in, and pay for excess baggage. This is especially valuable in the airport’s operations, where every minute counts.
In the near future, Centrum Air plans to expand its services by adding travel insurance and eSIM purchases. Thus, the opening of an air ticket office becomes not just a new service point, but a logical step towards a more thoughtful and humane service format. Now, preparing for a flight at Tashkent Airport is becoming easier, faster, and noticeably more comfortable – exactly how a promising journey should begin.
