On May 29-30, 2025, the Astana International Forum (AIF 2025) will be held in the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

AIF 2025 is one of the most significant events in the region, bringing together nearly 600 foreign guests, including leading politicians, representatives of international organizations, corporations, investors, and academic community members.

The forum program covers the main issues of our time. A plenary session and 25 discussion and debate-based dialogue platforms will be organized as part of the event.

The event will be attended by the President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the President of the Republic of Rwanda, Paul Kagame, the President of North Macedonia, Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova, as well as prime ministers and deputy prime ministers from other countries.

The forum will also be attended by Ban Ki-moon, 8th Secretary-General of the United Nations and Chair of the Global Green Growth Institute and the Boao Forum for Asia, Alain Berset, Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Daren Tang, Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization, Antonella Bassani, Vice President of the Europe and Central Asia Region at the World Bank, Haoliang Xu, Under-Secretary-General and Associate Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme, Jin Liqun, President and Chair of the Board of Directors of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, Jürgen Rigterink, First Vice President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States, as well as heads of other UN entities.

Journalists from leading news agencies, television channels, and other mass media from more than 70 countries will directly cover the forum’s proceedings.

At AIF 2025, attention will be focused on global issues such as foreign policy and international security, energy and climate change, economy and finance.

The forum is expected to serve as an essential platform for open dialogue, attracting foreign capital, concluding strategic agreements, and promoting initiatives aimed at economic development.
