Voting is in full swing in the elections of deputies to the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Local Councils.

The Press Center of the Central Election Commission held another briefing with the participation of the CEC Deputy Chairman B. Kuchkarov. He informed about the progress of the election process.

As noted, the voting process began at 8:00 and continues at 11 thousand 28 polling stations. The elections, organized in the spirit of openness and transparency, are held with the active participation of citizens. A prompt exchange of information has been established between the Central Election Commission and regional election commissions.

From 8:00 to 11:00, 5 million 900 thousand 243, or 29.58 percent of voters, participated in the voting.

No complaints about violations of the electoral legislation were received.
