Uzbekistan and France are broadening the range of their joint projects
The Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Minister of Economy and Finance Jamshid Kuchkarov met with a business delegation led by Claude Imauven, Chairman of the Uzbek-French Business Council.
The parties discussed expanding economic and investment cooperation between the two countries, improving the effectiveness of ongoing joint projects, supporting new initiatives, and implementing promising projects in priority sectors. They also exchanged views on jointly introducing innovative solutions and advanced technologies. Opportunities to implement new joint projects in transport infrastructure, energy, mining, and water resources management were considered. The broad application of artificial intelligence technologies in these areas was identified as a priority.
Following the meeting, the parties agreed to develop joint projects in priority areas, strengthen business ties, and continue regular engagement.
