Tajikistan delegation studies Uzbekistan’s experience in the social protection system
An internship for specialists from the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan has been organized in Tashkent.
During the internship, the participants studied Uzbekistan’s experience in digitalizing the social protection system and the national disability assessment model. The guests were briefed on the agency’s activities, specifically the procedure for assigning social benefits, ensuring process transparency, and the digitalization of social services.
The delegation members also became familiar with the activities of the “Inson” Social Services Center, the “World of Opportunities” Multidisciplinary Center (“Imkoniyatlar Olami”), and Family Polyclinic No. 22.
Following the visit, the parties discussed the internship results and outlined the future directions for interdepartmental cooperation between the two countries.
