A local enterprise is mastering the production of modern materials
President Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited NovoPlast TPE, an enterprise within the Chirchiq Chemical Industrial Technopark.
The project was implemented in cooperation with the Russian company VR Plast on a 4,200-square-meter area. The total cost of the project is $5.4 million.
A modern laboratory has been established at the enterprise, and innovative production lines have been launched. The company is currently among the leaders in the domestic market for producing thermoplastic elastomer granules and finished products made from them.

The enterprise produces high-quality thermoplastic elastomers, door and window frame seals, hoses for the technical and food industries, and various polymer products for the construction and electrical engineering sectors.
The key advantages of the products are their high strength, resistance to deformation, and resistance to environmental factors. Thanks to these properties, the products are widely used in construction, the automotive industry, the food industry, and the electrical engineering sector.

A modern research center operates within the enterprise. New formulations of thermoplastic elastomers are developed here, taking into account the requirements of Asian and European markets. In addition, finished granules, seals, and high-pressure hoses are tested for compliance with international standards.

The enterprise has created 58 new jobs. By the end of last year, products valued at 103 billion UZS had been manufactured here. In addition, products valued at $5 million were exported.

Another important outcome of the enterprise’s activities is its contribution to import substitution. In particular, in 2025, $8.5 million worth of import-substituting products were produced.

In the future, the enterprise plans to increase production to 177 billion UZS and raise the export share to 60 percent. Implementing these plans will enable the enterprise not only to meet the needs of the domestic market but also to strengthen its position in Central Asian and other foreign markets.
