Several important agreements reached

During the official visit of Syrdarya region delegation to the People’s Republic of China, a meeting was held at Tianjin Agricultural University.

The event was attended by the Hokim of Yangiyer city, Otabek Nosirov, the leadership and staff of the Yangiyer branch of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology, the Rector of Gulistan State Pedagogical Institute, Jahongir Qarshiboyev, and Jin Weiwei, the President of Tianjin Agricultural University.

Issues related to expanding cooperation in science and education, conducting joint research, organizing specialist exchanges, and implementing innovative projects were discussed. Several important agreements were reached.

“As a logical follow-up to the meeting, an opening ceremony of the research center of the Yangiyer branch of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology took place. The new center will conduct research in agriculture, industrial production, raw material processing, food technologies, and aquaculture, introduce modern technologies, and train highly qualified personnel”, said the Head of the International Cooperation Department of the branch, Rustam Makhmudov.
