Independence Day celebrations continue in Jizzakh

A joyful celebration marking the 35th anniversary of Uzbekistan’s independence is taking place in Jizzakh amid a lively, festive mood. Hosting the event at the stunning amphitheater in the newly constructed Mustaqillik Park has enhanced its grandeur and splendor.

Jizzakh region Hokim Ulugbek Mustafoyev attended the ceremony and warmly congratulated residents on the special holiday. In his speech, he highlighted the extensive construction and development efforts undertaken during independence, especially in Jizzakh, and praised the noble initiatives designed to enhance people’s well-being and foster regional growth.

The celebration venue’s stage was vibrant with musical and theatrical acts marking Uzbekistan’s 35 years of independence. Performances included songs and melodies that expressed patriotism, love for the country, peace, and the people’s creative energy.
