Record Speeds, New Alliances, and Future Technologies: UZTELECOM Summarizes the Impressive Outcomes of ICTWEEK 2025

Tashkent hosted the conclusion of the region’s largest technology forum, ICTWEEK Uzbekistan 2025, which served as a platform for presenting major innovations and forging new partnerships.

As in previous years, UZTELECOM reaffirmed its status as the driver of the country’s digital development by showcasing breakthrough technologies and signing strategically essential agreements that will accelerate the implementation of the “Digital Uzbekistan 2030” program.

A highlight of the forum was the first launch of U6G technology in the CIS. Minister of Digital Technologies Sherzod Shermatov personally tested the pilot network, recording a data transmission speed of up to 10 Gbps. This demonstration served as clear evidence of UZTELECOM’s technological leadership and paved the way for building next-generation networks in the country.

SOLAR Security is a comprehensive solution for protecting web services, featuring Anti-DDoS, Anti-Bot, and WAF functions. It prevents availability attacks, blocks malicious automated traffic, and safeguards applications from vulnerabilities, ensuring the stable and secure operation of web resources. At the exhibition, cybersecurity services were showcased, with the product technically deployed and demonstrated at the booth. The company plans to launch its commercial sales in the near future.

HONOR: Joint Marketing Initiatives and VoLTE Promotion

Within the framework of ICTWEEK 2025, HONOR and UZTELECOM discussed plans for joint promotional campaigns. It was also announced that HONOR smartphones would be available for sale in the operator’s offices and online store. The exhibition featured the latest AI-powered HONOR smartphones, showcasing the potential of artificial intelligence in everyday tasks and mobile services.

During the business meeting between UZTELECOM and HONOR leadership, the parties discussed project expansion and agreed on long-term cooperation, covering marketing initiatives, technological collaboration, and the promotion of innovative solutions in Uzbekistan’s market.

Infinix: Joint Campaign and New Opportunities for Subscribers

At the forum, UZTELECOM and global technology company Infinix signed a memorandum of cooperation and agreed to launch joint promotional activities. One of the first projects was a large-scale “1+1” campaign: customers received two modern smartphones for the price of one, along with bonus internet traffic packages and access to digital services.

In addition, a joint PUBG esports tournament was held during the forum, attracting numerous participants and serving as a vivid example of the fusion of technology and digital content.

Summing up the results of the forum, Timur Mamadjanov, Press Secretary of the Chairman of the Board of JSC UZTELECOM, noted:

“For us, ICTWEEK is not only a platform for presenting new products but also a place where vital partnerships are born. The launch of U6G demonstrates that Uzbekistan is ready to be among the technological leaders of the region, while new agreements with international companies will provide our people with even more reliable and advanced digital services”.

ICTWEEK Uzbekistan 2025 once again confirmed: UZTELECOM remains the locomotive of the country’s digital transformation, building infrastructure and services for the people of Uzbekistan.
