If in 2013-2016 the number of mobile subscribers in Uzbekistan was relatively stable and almost not growing, then in 2017, an increase amounted to more than 10 percent.

The dynamic growth in the number of base stations of mobile communications that are operated by all mobile operators of Uzbekistan is indicative. By the beginning of 2018, the total number of base stations of mobile communication in our country exceeded 22 thousand.

Mobile communication in Uzbekistan is as old as the independence of the country. In August 1991, the first company to provide mobile services - enterprise "Uzdunrobita" was created. It became the first mobile operator not only in Uzbekistan but also in Central Asia.
