Young athletes’ victories at the Uzbekistan Swimming Championships
The winners in various disciplines were determined in the Uzbekistan U11 and U13 Swimming Championships, which took place in Andijan region.
In the U13 age category, Bernora Davlatova and Khayot Akromov were recognized as the best in the combined 400- and 100-meter swimming among girls and boys, respectively. Muhammadamin Bakhtiyorov and Samina Latipova finished first in the 400-meter and 1,500-meter freestyle swimming.
In the U11 age category, Riana Abduvaliyeva and Yaroslav Fakhruddinov (complex swimming), Aleksander Frenkel and Taisiya Antonova (freestyle) became the winners at the same distances.
In the 200-meter backstroke competition, Alirizo Aliyev beat all rivals and won the gold medal.
