Tashkent hosted the Business Up Skill educational program, initiated by Wolt to support womenэs entrepreneurship. The project participants have mastered key skills in management, finanсial planning, and strategic business development.

The program included face-to-face training sessions and individual consultations. During the event, the participants received practical recommendations on strengthening financial stability, optimizing business processes, and developing a growth strategy. The final stage was online coaching, aimed at the practical application of the acquired knowledge and its long-term integration into the business.

The Business Up Skill Program has become a support for women entrepreneurs in Uzbekistan, opened up new perspectives for them, and strengthened their confidence in business development.

Managing Partner of SavvY Mariam Koyava emphasized that women’s entrepreneurship plays a significant role in economic development, and such initiatives help create a sustainable and competitive business environment.
