The State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Tourism Development and Kashkadarya regional khokimiyat organized International Festival of Agro Tourism “Anor” in the village of Varganza in Kitab district.

During the festival, the village of Varganza was given the status of the first agro tourism village. Festival events continued in the festively decorated fields of the pomegranate valley of Varganza. Guests from 22 foreign countries took part in the festivities, enjoyed the national flavor of folk songs, hot bread from the tandoor, and all kinds of dishes.

Chairman of the village of Varganza was solemnly presented with a symbolic key of the first agro tourism village.
