As previously reported, the youth judo team of Uzbekistan took part in a prestigious tournament in Saint Petersburg, Russia.

According to the results of the traditional tournament held among judokas born in 2006-2008, members of the Uzbekistan youth team led by coach Tokhir Fayziyev won three gold, three silver, and five bronze medals.

It should be noted that 20 judokas defended the honor of Uzbekistan at this international tournament, 11 of which won medals.

According to the results of tough competitions, members of our team Sarvinoz Abdusamatova, Laziza Khaydarova, and Oybek Rajabov, won gold medals. Arapboy Daurbayev, Khasanboy Elmurotov, and Azamat Oblokulov received silver medals. Bronze medals went to Umida Kuldosheva, Aziza Davronova, Mokhinur Allaberganova, Inoyat Telmanova, and Khakimjon Mahkamov.
