Uzbekistan’s honey imports nearly triple

According to the National Statistics Committee, Uzbekistan imported 642.2 tons of natural honey worth $584,400 from nine countries in January-April 2026.

The volume of imports increased by 422.4 tons, or 2.9 times, compared with the corresponding period of the previous year.

The largest suppliers of natural honey to Uzbekistan during this period were:

Kazakhstan – 372 tons;

Kyrgyzstan – 168 tons;

Russia – 87.9 tons;

Germany – 10 tons;

Hungary – 2.2 tons;

Other countries – 2.1 tons.
