Uzbekistan’s achievements are showcased in China
The Seed Development Center under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan is participating in the Xinjiang International Seed Trade Fair 2026 in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region with a separate national stand.
Industry experts, part of the Uzbekistan delegation led by the Director of the Seed Development Center Shukhrat Otajonov, are introducing visitors to Uzbekistan’s seed production system, its promising crop varieties, ongoing large-scale reforms, and the main areas of international cooperation.
The national stand is presenting seeds of agricultural crops bred domestically, innovative projects implemented in the industry, as well as modern technologies and advanced approaches to the development of seed production.
It is expected that the agreements reached during the exhibition to expand trade and economic cooperation, facilitate the exchange of high-quality seeds, introduce advanced technologies, and implement joint projects will help strengthen the mutually beneficial partnership between the two countries.
