Uzbekistan’s tourism potential was prominently featured at the 2025 Xinjiang Cultural Tourism Industry Trading Expo and the 6th Xinjiang Spring Tourism Expo, held from March 22 to 24 in Urumqi, China.

As part of a joint stand organized by the Committee for Tourism and the Tashkent City Hokimiyat, presentations highlighted the country’s investment climate, export potential, and tourism opportunities.

Talks were held between representatives of the tourism sectors of Tashkent and Urumqi, during which agreements were reached on cooperation aimed at increasing tourist flows and enhancing investment activity in the tourism sphere.

It is worth noting that a Chinese television channel prepared a special report on Uzbekistan’s participation in the exhibitions, focusing on the tourism potential of Tashkent.
