A delegation from the Russian Federation, led by the Governor of Penza region, Oleg Melnichenko, visited Bukhara.

At a meeting with regional governor Botir Zaripov, the parties exchanged views on expanding trade and economic ties, increasing export volumes, and actively supporting entrepreneurs in developing investment cooperation.

It was noted that there are broad opportunities to expand existing partnerships and establish new ones between entrepreneurs in agriculture, tourism, healthcare, education, and migration.

Botir Zaripov proposed mutually beneficial cooperation in the textile industry, the production of construction materials and medical products, and tourism and cultural exchange.

Agreements were reached in furniture manufacturing, healthcare, poultry farming, migration, and exporting agricultural products from Bukhara. The parties agreed to attract direct foreign investment and increase export potential by leveraging the economic capabilities of the regions.

The delegation also visited Bukhara Agrocluster DZZ LLC and Bukhara Next Generation Product.
