At the invitation of the leadership of the state enterprise Navoiuran, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to Uzbekistan, Daadankhuu Batbaatar, visited Navoi region.

He toured the Zafarobod mining department’s technological drilling sites, particularly sections of Geotechnology Mine No. 2 focused on local sorption and processing of productive solutions.

Anvarjon Saparov, First Deputy Director General and Chief Engineer of Navoiuran, briefed the Ambassador on the investment projects currently being implemented and the measures taken to increase production volumes. Discussions with the company’s leadership addressed prospects for bilateral cooperation and potential joint projects, particularly in geological exploration in the uranium mining industry, which is considered a mutually beneficial partnership area with Mongolia.
