Embassy of Uzbekistan in Indonesia has held a videoconference on “Resumed travel destination – Uzbekistan”.

On August 22, the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Indonesia held a videoconference on “Resumed travel destination – Uzbekistan”.

The event was attended by the Chairperson of the Association of the Indonesian Tours and Travel Agencies (ASITA) Nunung Rusmiati and its members, representative of Uzbekistan Airways in Jakarta A.Khojayev.

The parties discussed the issues of resuming tourist flow between Uzbekistan and Indonesia. In particular, Indonesian travel agencies were informed about “Uzbekistan. Safe travel is guaranteed” project.

ASITA members inquired about the possibility of resuming the implementation of tourist packages through “Ziyorat Tourism – Uzbekistan” and “Uzbekistan Plus Umra” lines.

Detailed information was provided regarding direct flights on Jakarta – Tashkent – Jakarta and Jakarta – Tashkent – Jakarta – Jeddah routes.

Following the event, the parties agreed to resume tourist routes from Indonesia to Uzbekistan along “ziyorat” line.
