Specialists of the Development Strategy Center, NANGOUz and the Independent Institute for Monitoring the Formation of Civil Society visited the city of Bishkek.

Specialists of the Development Strategy Center, NANGOUz and the Independent Institute for Monitoring the Formation of Civil Society visited the city of Bishkek. The visit was organized with the support of the International Center for Not-for-Profit Law (ICNL) and focused on issues related to implementation of effective mechanisms for public control over public administration.

As reported by the Development Strategy Center, during the visit, the delegation got acquainted with activities carried out on development of civil society in the Kyrgyz Republic, its legal bases and activity of acting public councils.

Uzbekistan delegation also met with members of the Jogorku Kenesh Committee of the Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic led by Natalia Nikitenko, as well as with members of the Public Council under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic to become familiar with achievements and emerging obstacles to their activities.
