Uzbek national dishes are highly assessed at the International Gastronomy Festival
Istanbul hosted the 21st International Gastronomy Festival. Representatives of the Сhefs Association of Uzbekistan also took part in it.
According to the Tourism Committee, the delegation of chefs from Uzbekistan showed high results at the Istanbul Gastronomy Festival 2024, winning the Grand Prix and several awards in individual nominations.
Chefs from various countries of the world, as well as world-class judges, participated in the festival.
