Members of the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital delegation and authorized representatives of Uzbekistan’s healthcare sector visited the Tashkent International Airport Cargo Terminal.
They became familiar with the storage conditions of medical supplies, in particular, medicines that require special transportation conditions and temperature control.

It was noted that the cargo complex has a capacity of up to 120 thousand tons per year, warehouses with a total area of 8.5 thousand square meters for storing medicines in refrigerators and freezers. All specialized areas are equipped with thermal sensors.
Compliance with transportation and storage requirements ensures the quality of medical products is preserved.
