The photo exhibition dedicated to the memory of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, a well-known statesman, who contributed to the unity of India, kicked off on October 28, 2021.

It is being held at Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies in cooperation with the Embassy of India in Uzbekistan.

The exhibition was opened by the H.E. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to Uzbekistan Manish Prabhat, Rector of Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies Gulchehra Rikhsieva and Vice-Rector Elyor Makhmudov, Chairman of India Club at Tashkent Ashok Tiwari. 

In their speeches, they noted Sardar Patel's contribution to the liberation of India and the formation of its statehood, as well as his role as a political figure in the country.

After the opening ceremony, guests and students were invited to a photo exhibition, where they got acquainted with the life and work of Sardar Patel. 

The exhibition will be held till October 30, 2021.

TSUOS hosts a photo exhibition dedicated to the memory of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel

The photo exhibition dedicated to the memory of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, a well-known statesman, who contributed to the unity of India, kicked off on October 28, 2021.
