The Prime Minister of the Czech Republic visits the Tashkent Technopark
The Prime Minister of the Czech Republic Andrej Babiš accompanied by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov visited the Technopark in Tashkent.
This modern industrial complex was established in accordance with the Head of State’s resolution dated May 1, 2019, “On measures for the development of industrial cooperation and expansion of the production of in-demand goods”.
The Technopark houses 20 production facilities valued at approximately $500 million. More than 5,000 employees work there.
The distinguished guest was presented with a wide range of high-tech products manufactured by the enterprises, including household appliances, electronic meters, elevators and escalators, pumps, industrial boilers, and cooling systems.
The Technopark partners with leading global companies, including Pietro Fiorentini, Samsung Electronics, and Ferroli.
Products are manufactured under foreign brands and under their supervision. They are in high demand in both domestic and international markets and are exported to ten countries.
The guests greatly appreciated the industrial potential of Uzbekistan, the range of products, and their quality.
