The President visited an enterprise that produces household and automotive chemicals
During his visit to Chirchik Chemical Industrial Technopark, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev became familiar with BCG Group OZ’s activities.
Household and automotive chemicals are chemical products used in everyday life and for vehicle maintenance. Previously, a significant share of these products was imported into Uzbekistan, but domestic production is now actively developing.
BCG Group OZ currently manufactures a wide range of household and automotive chemical products.
The enterprise, established as part of a $6 million project in partnership with a Russian partner, has created more than 80 new jobs.
More than 80 product types are manufactured here, including automotive chemicals and car care products, as well as professional detergents and cleaning products for hotels, restaurants, and industry.
Last year alone, products worth 176 billion UZS were manufactured, while exports amounted to $2.6 million. Import substitution through the production of goods at the enterprise totaled $14.7 million.
The quality of the enterprise’s products is confirmed by national and international certifications, including ISO 9001 and Halal certificates, as well as certificates from CIS countries.
Quality control covers all stages, from raw materials to finished products. The laboratory verifies that raw materials comply with technical requirements and checks the viscosity, pH, density, and effectiveness of products.
Today, the enterprise’s products are exported to neighboring countries, including Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, and Afghanistan.
In the future, the enterprise plans to increase production to 294 billion UZS.
The Head of State noted that such production facilities are important to the country’s economy.
