The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, has arrived in the city of Khujand for a working visit.

The President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, welcomed the President of Uzbekistan at the airport.

In honor of the Uzbekistan Leader’s arrival, the national flags were raised, and cultural and artistic figures presented traditional music and dance performances.

Today, a trilateral meeting is scheduled to take place among the Presidents of Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan.

The agenda includes discussions on further strengthening friendship, good neighborliness, and strategic partnership, as well as expanding trade, economic, cultural, and humanitarian cooperation.

Following the talks, the signing of the Treaty on the Junction Point of the State Borders of Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan is planned.

The presidents will also attend a joint concert featuring renowned artists.
