The President of the Republic of Paraguay Santiago Peña, will pay an official visit to the Republic of Uzbekistan on December 11-13.

In accordance with the program of his stay in Tashkent, high-level negotiations will be held to discuss prospects for developing cooperation between Uzbekistan and Paraguay in the political, trade, economic, and cultural-humanitarian spheres.

Particular attention will be paid to establishing practical cooperation in agriculture, food and chemical industries, digitalization, tourism, and sports.

The Paraguayan leader will also attend the International Automobile Federation’s General Assembly and the award ceremony for the championship winners held under the federation’s auspices.
