The President of the Republic of Bulgaria, Rumen Radev, accompanied by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Abdulla Aripov, visited the IT Park Uzbekistan in Tashkent and became familiar with its activities.
Bulgarian delegation members were informed about the activities carried out in this modern complex, the main directions of its activities, and plans for the future.
IT Park Uzbekistan is a government-supported technology center. Its activities aim to turn Uzbekistan into a global IT hub by supporting startups and digital service exporters.
The guests became familiar with the workflow and various startups. Special attention was paid to projects in artificial intelligence and digital solutions.
IT organizations, a university, a conference hall, and a coworking center operate closely based on the techno park.
After reviewing the conditions, the President of Bulgaria stressed the importance of such parks to attract young people to participate in international projects and support their initiatives.
