The Minister of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan Sherzod Shermatov met with the Mayor of New York City Eric L. Adams, to discuss the development of the digital economy.

A presentation of IT Park was delivered, highlighting the country’s efforts to develop a modern digital ecosystem. The minister provided detailed information on ongoing reforms, achievements, and plans.

In addition, the results of the activities of the UzSOC Cybersecurity Monitoring Center and the unified integrator UZINFOCOM were showcased.

The parties discussed the country’s investment climate, existing tax incentives, and strategic objectives to improve the quality of IT education. An agreement was reached to expand cooperation in IT services, logistics systems, remote services, and mobile platforms.
